Peace WAS NEVER AN OPTION Erik was still absorbing the news. The information Peter had given him. Information that he had held onto . . . until today. He told him he found out well after breaking him free from prison and yet, Erik still hadn't the faintest idea how to react. He remembered his mother when Peter mentioned her, but it had not been a very . . . deep relationship. She had been afraid of his powers, particularly when he had been on his mission to kill Shaw. But Peter . . . Peter was a mutant. He had a good heart. He was his son. He was here for family too. It all made sense now and yet, he was still processing.
After their conversation they parted ways and Erik just took a little while to himself. He knew he could not keep this quiet for long, mainly to Magda. They were mourning a child and here he had just out he had another. And Nina. She had a brother. Everything was still so new, so fresh. They were making plans to eventually leave Charles' mansion and go the island that was given to them by the government. But everything else suddenly halted, as Erik tried to figure out how to deal with this. Making his way to their room, he entered to see Magda sitting on the chair. "Where's Nina?" Was the first question he asked before closing the door behind him. He needed to talk to Magda in private, for she needed to know about this before anyone else, including their daughter.

'Cause with the all that has happenedMagda was working in their room to clean up a little bit. Nina didn't like being so caged inside all the time, and finally Magda had agreed that she could go out to play as long as she stayed with Charles who offered to show Nina an area were some deer sometimes came. Magda heard Erik come in but didn't glance up right away. "She is going to look for deer." Magda told him, "With your friend Charles."
Looking up at him as she was mid-fold with one of Nina's shirts, Magda noticed his face. She'd been with Erik for so long that it only took a second to realize that something was off, and wrong with his look. "Erik?" She asked, putting the shirt in the pile and walking toward him. Magda might use her cards to read the future, but she wasn't magik like the people where. She used gut to tell her things. while it wouldn't tell her what was wrong, the heaviness of his prescience, and the dark look in his eyes. Something was wrong. Or weighing on him, perhaps.
I think that we both know the way that the story ends

Peace WAS NEVER AN OPTION When she said the name of who Nina was with, Erik knew there was no cause to be concerned. Not that he thought Magda would entrust the care of their daughter to just anyone. But Charles was among the very few people he trusted with Nina. When she said his name, he knew it was the opening to have the conversation. She knew him well enough to tell that something was . . . he didn't even know if wrong was the right word. She just knew that there was a reason he was here, and the expression on his face made it evident that it was serious. Besides, he never felt the need to conceal his emotions. He always had his guard lowered around her. His wife.
"Please, come sit down," he gently urged, motioning for her to sit on the couch in the room while he would sit next to hear. "There's something I must tell you." How, he didn't know. Beating around the bush wasn't exactly something Erik did but he supposed there was no easy way to tell ones wife -- who had just lost a child --n that he recently discovered he had a son with another woman.

'Cause with the all that has happened
Magda didn't like the lead that settled in her belly. She didn't enjoy the feeling that whatever her husband wanted to speak with her about that it wasn't going to be good. He seemed too serious. Though there was no urgency to her mannerisms so she knew they were not in immediate danger.
Walking over to the couch, Magda sat slowly on it; her legs tilted to her husband so her body could face him. Reaching her hand out she sought out his to help give him the support for whatever he needed to tell her. Magda knew that as long they were together, the family of three together, then they would survive anything. "Erik?" She whispered his name, making sure he knew that she was here with her--in support. Be it from the Americans, or the Polish, or the humans, or mutants. They would face it together.
