Lorna walked the cell like a caged tiger--or at least she aimed too. She was stomping around enough that it mostly was like an annoyed teenager. Which she wasn't any more! She had on a collar that prevented her from using her powers, and they had her in a thick plastic box--just in case.
Glaring at her from Pryo, she blamed him for this. She'd not said it, but she did. Though, Lorna had the feeling that he would somehow turn this on to her. Lorna kicked the side of the plastic cage and the workers looked up at her. "I can't wait for you guys to go extinct!" She yelled at them before turning to pace away. She'd been here for hours! Maybe even a whole day. Or even more--she didn't know! She'd been out cold for a while thanks to the tranquilizers they hit her up with.
When she got the the end of the cage she glared at Pryo again, before turning to pace away. This was what she'd been doing since she woke up. Pace to one side, glare at Pryo, pace to the other and glare at the worker bees. Only thins time she noticed they were scurrying about and talking to each other. Lorna watched them and would have ignored them but they were pointing at her. Pausing she stood there and watched as some men in suits entered and hurried over. They read some sort of report and then looked at her. "Throw a banana at me why don't ya!" If they wanted a monkey in a zoo then she would be a monkey. The man in the fanciest suit walked up to the door but didn't open it. "Aww, you don't want to come in? Pyro! Tell him I am a good dancer!" She looked at her friend before back at the suit. "I wont even step on your toes."
'What is your name?' He asked, "Polaris." He shook his head, 'You're other name.' Grinning she leaned forward "Polaris Polaris." Giving a glare to her the suit turned to walk away 'Send a message to to her father, he'll come for her.' Lorna laughed, a bitter laugh. "Sucks to be you! I don't have a dad!" The suit ignored her and gave some more orders. These orders made her freeze. They were preping for Magneto to come. "I thought you were calling my Dad?" She asked, lifting her hands to press on the glass. The suit looked at her, then turned to the guard and told him to double it. That once they told Magneto they had his daughter this building would become groups zero. "What?" Lorna yelled, and listened as they ignored her. The suit gave more orders and only referred her to as Magneto's daughter.
She was what?! Banging on the glass to get the suit's attention, he finally looked at her. "Our powers are similar, but he's not my Dad. You guys are idiots who don't know how powers work." The suit walked up to her and sneered 'you can try to lie to us, but we've already ran your blood. We know he's your father. So cut the shit.' and hen that he walked away.
Lorna walked backwards until her back hit the glass on the other side. She stood there for a long time trying to think and sort out her life. Magneto was her Dadneto?! She'd been kicked around as kid because she wasn't her step dad's daughter and she was a freak with powers---and apparently it was because she was Erik Lehnsherr's daughter. After a while she turned her head to look at Pryo, who she knew overhead. She knew she should be mad at this turn of events but . . .
Lorna slowly smiled at him, and the smile turned to a grin, and the grin turned into a chuckle, and the chuckle to a laugh! The laugh was while and wicked. Lorna Dane had just become the princess of mutants! Walking up the glass she yelled to the suit who was leaving the room. "TELL MY DAD I SAID HI!"
