They'd taken him. The humans! They'd once again taken Erik and put him in what she imagined to be a windowless cell where could not even get fresh air! It made her angry, and she would not let them get away with this insult to her kind. His kind. Their kind. She cared not what they claimed he hard one, for it only had been in the name of protecting their kind from the humans who out numbered them. Fools.
She straightened her long curling hair until it was pristine and perfect. She dressed in a short tight skirt with high heels, and a professional top and vest. Topping her head with a fedora she just showed up to work one day. No one questioned a pretty girl there to work in the kitchens. It took her a few hours but soon enough it was time for Erik meal.
She added the cup of tea to the meal and carried the tray to the cells below, coming to a pause at the guard check in station. 'Walk through the metal detector' The man who spoke was in his thirties, and heavy set. She smiled brightly and did so, and it didn't even beep. . . That was because she use her powers to turn it off, in order to hide that hidden under her vent was the buttons of the shirt she was wearing--20 mental buttons--and along her spine was a long mental pole, sharpened at one end.
"Did I pass?" She asked, and the man laughed, 'the first one. Just scan your badge and your good.' Magda pulled her fake badge that was clipped to her skirt and scanned it, using her powers to make it appear she was an employee. 'Your good,' he said with a smile, and then moved to unlock the door to the hall, 'we don't let anyone go in by themselves. We will take you down to him.' "Wonderful," Magda replied, "I'd love to get this over with."
The hall way down to the windowless cell was long and smelled. When they got to the door, both men had to use a key to unlock the door. Magda knew that Erik would feel the mental getting closer, and it caused her to smile. Soon, my love, she thought. As the door opened she tiled her head down to hide the excitement at getting closer to him and knowing she was about to free him. There was nerves too, but she knew that once the metal was near him that he'd let no harm befall her. 'If you'd rather stay back he can take it to him. He hates us! Wants us all dead' he spat out, his hate of Erik or mutants were clear. Tilting her head up to see Erik, her lips could not hold back a pleased smile, as she began talking confidently toward him "I am not afraid of him."

The trial was quick. Which made sense of course considering his wanted status. He had been apprehended, locked in a cell, the trial soon followed, and he was found guilty with life in prison. The charges were still lasting from his previous ones of having supposedly assassinated JFK: accusations that were false but he no longer expected humans to understand. They were far too idiotic. The first time he'd been arrested, he was held in a metal facility, until he destroyed several, which then caused them to put him in a glass one. They had seemed to learn from that as well, for now he was in a concrete structure. As always, no metal surrounding him nor on the guard who brought him his food. He lay on the bed, lying on his back with his hands clasped on his stomach. His eyes were closed as he was in deep mediation. He had been here for about a week now, which was nothing compared to all those years before. It was imperative that he not let it get the best of him. That he remained focused so he did not slip into a state of insanity. He thought of his cause; the cause of the Brotherhood. Of how every mutant that they saved and every homo sapien they have killed, was worth any time he spent in these prison walls. Now that of course did not mean he wished to stay here.
But he trusted his fellow Brotherhood mutants. He knew that in time, an opportunity would arise and he would not miss it. He heard footsteps down the hall for it was time for his meal. Ordinarily, he would just let the guard bring it, let him say what he wanted to -- as he often expressed his hatred for mutants -- and then leave. But this time, Magneto's eyes opened. Because he felt it. Despite the concrete of these walls, he could sense it. Metal. Somewhere. Somehow. There was metal. He rose from his bed and stood up straight, staring at the door and waiting. If this was that opportune moment he was previously thinking about, he was not going to let it slip by. So he was ready for whatever awaited him on the other side of the door. When the footsteps stopped he began to approach the door to see who it was on the other side. He held back an expression of surprise as he wasn't very often obvious about his emotions, however . . . if there was one he could use to describe his current state -- apart from surprise -- it would be pleased. Magda. That was where the metal was coming from. She had it on her, and he could not wait to find out where. Aware that the guard was still near, he did not outwardly react to her presence. He just held his breath in anticipation, preparing for the next plan of attack that would get him out of this confounded place.

The room he was held in was made of concrete, and was barren of anything that could give a man joy. They'd not even given him a book, or chess board to play with himself. The word inhuman came to mind, but then she changed it; how human of them. 'They shouldn't send anything as pretty as you down here.' She would have rolled her eyes but at the moment she could no look away from Erik. 'Maybe afterwards I can take you out of here, help you forget this place.' Magda assumed he was trying to taunt Erik into reacting somehow. Not because he knew about her, but because he enjoyed taunting a prisoner.
"I think not," She replayed, using one hand to pick up the tea, "I have a very disapproving lover," tossing the rest of her things away, she began pouring the tea over the lock, "and he's going to kill you." 'HEY!' one of the guards called, and began running toward her, she paused what she was doing and pulled the sharpened metal pole from under her shirt, using at as a knife to his ribs.
Leaving it there, knowing Erik would take over she went back to slowly pouring the tea over the lock until it was all but gone. Stepping back she began pulling her shirt off under her vest, "Kick it!" She told Erik, while pulling the metal buttons from her shirt so he could have more weapons.

Erik watched in intrigue, ignoring the man's words and more focused on Magda to see what she could do. And she truly did have it all strategically planned out. She began to pour acid something -- which Erik presumed to be some sort of acid -- over the lock to melt it. And when a threat came to her, he prepared himself to protect her, however she took care of it herself. Not with any powers, but with own strength. It caused Magneto's lips to curve into a smile, feeling a great deal of pride in her during this moment. When she took a step back, he pushed open the door, seeing her begin to remove her shirt of reveal more metal, this time, in the form of buttons. He continued to smile, looking directly at her as he approached her. Calmly. Composed. Ignoring the fact that more guards were heading their way.
He put his hand on her chin, cupping it as he titled her head up. "Exquisite," he praised, feeling a rather overwhelming urge to kiss her. But there would be time for that later. Seeing the guard so close to him, he extended his hand to metal pole which had a nice tip to it and aimed it at the guard, forcing it right through the man's throat. He then pulled it out, keeping it nearby but grew distracted with the buttons she was also offering him. He waved his hand over them, causing them to float in the air, circling above his palm. He then returned his gaze to her for a moment. "You spoil me," he said. For not only had she brought him that glorious metal weapon, she had also brought him these. "Shall we?" He said as he began to walk forward, the buttons at his hand at the pole at her side, for he wanted nothing in between them. He wasn't running or rushing, for now, he felt powerful. It was as if he had been in a deep withdrawal and he had just gained his fix. Only this, was natural. And they had put him in a very unnatural environment. As they walked further down, the doors opened, revealing an armed group of men with plastic guns.
"Don't move or we will shoot!" He did not fear for his life, nor Magda's. He simply looked at her with another slight smirk playing on his lips. It was a sign of his answer at the men began to fire. Magneto moved one of the buttons and expanded it into a large circle which would serve as a shield. He then held it up in front of them so that all the bullets either bounded off of it or were embedded in it. But none passed it. When they seemed to run out of fire, or realized their attempts were futile, Magneto slowly lowered the improvised shield and looked at them. "My turn." He took the buttons and warped them into thick spheres; the equivalent to bullets. He fired them around, shooting them at every man within sight, leaving no survivors. When they all lay lifelessly on the ground, Magneto brought them back to the palm of his hand, letting them levitate above it. Humans truly did not learn anything from the past.

When she looked up again he was there, tilting her face up to his and for a moment she thought he might kiss her. Instead he only spoke one word, "Exquisite,"that smile her smile with pride. He had helped her escape twice, and now she was returning the favor. She had come for him this time. Just as he always came for her. "You spoil me," he teased and Magda gave him a smirk, "You've not seen what's under my skirt yet." She returned the teased before walking with him.
It didn't take long before the guards found them and opened fire. Magda felt her heart skip a beat, but she didn't flinch--she knew he'd protect them. Still she wasn't use to staring down the barrel of a gun. "My turn." Lowering her gaze as he killed him, she remained still. When it was over she looked back at the man, then began walking forward. While she agreed humans needed to die, Magda was still getting used the sight.
Walking toward the lift, she put her hand on the wall and called it to them without the need of any codes or id cards. "Up and out?" She was both telling and asking, in case he wanted to make a statement before leaving.

He watched her bring the elevator to them, growing increasingly proud of how far she'd come in using her abilities. Compared to a time when he had no idea she was a mutant, and she denied her powers, to now; where she used them with full control and ease. She asked if they were ready to leave, and Magneto instantly knew the answer to that question. "Not quite yet," he told her, stepping inside when the elevator came to them. "I must retrieve something first." His helmet. He would not let them keep that from him. While they may not understand the full use of it, he would not take any risks wandering about, exposed to telepaths and other mutants who could either control his mind or intellect. The risk was too great.
"Two floors above this one," he told her. It was where they kept his belongings under lock and key. And it was most likely where his helmet would be. "What mode of transportation shall we be departing in?" He inquired. It was his way of asking whether it was arranged, and if not, what she would prefer. While he could use his abilities to levitate in the air, he was obviously not going to leave her behind. They would be leaving together, and he merely needed to know if she had a preferred method of that so he could quickly formulate a plan.

He had to get something? She gave him a side glance before realizing what it was. His helmet. What she had once assumed was his crown she now understood he was not making himself a king but keeping other mutants from controlling him. Specifically Charles Xavier, but also others. "Then lets go get it."
Also then asked about their transportation home, and her smirk turned into a smile. "Why ruin the surprise?" She told him, knowing that she had a plan to get them home as well. Being there was a car parked outside, and it was a large SUV, they would suspect she was taking him out that way--when instead she was going to the roof. The helipad. "You didn't think I came here alone, did you?" She hinted, letting him get an idea of her plan.
As the doors opened to the floor he wanted, she gave him some more information, "They are trying to call for help, but I have cut their communication. It wont take long for one of them to get out of range and call for others."

He continued to give a small smirk at her words, not entirely opposed to the idea of a surprise. For he trusted she would have made the proper arrangements, and yet was still surprised that she had come so soon. That she had orchestrated this entire plan to get him out so quickly. For he knew without having to ask, that she had been the brains behind this operation. He turned his attention forward when the doors opened, as she explained that they were trying to call for help. "Let them," he said, with that same confidence that he carried himself with when it came to his powers. "I shall not be long," he added, he began to walk down the hall, alongside her, not showing to be in any kind of rush. He casually walked down, eliminated the guards who were getting to be so predictable with their withdrawal of guns, verbal warnings, and then inevitable deaths. Really. They could prove to be at least a little more of a challenge.
He forced open the metal doors and entered the room where his helmet was being held. This time, instead of glass, there was plastic surrounding it. Luckily, he had his buttons turned bullets. He expanded one of them, creating a sharp edge which he used to cut a circle through the plastic, allowing him to reach in and pull his helmet out. Perfect. He smiled as his eyes scanned over his prized possession. He then tucked it under his arm and turned to her. "Now, we can go," he stated, returning the metal to its previous form as he returned back to the elevator with Magda. "Let's see what this surprise of yours is," he said with teasing anticipation as he let her take control of the elevator to take them to their destination.

She walked along the hall with him, and let him open the doors to the vault. As he cut the clear plastic she began looking around. It was not until they were about to talk out that she realized what she was missing. Holding out her hand she turned the rest of the lights on, making the other cases turn on. At first it just seemed like random objects. A yellow jacket. What appeared to be wings but they were too large for any bug.
"They kept souvenirs!" She said sounding horrified by the idea. There were other things in the room too, but some of them looked like clothing while others could be parts of a whole. Turning in a slow circle she looked at it all. "Just like before. In the camps. Only none of them whole!" There was a bit of panic in her tone, as she kept slowly turning to look at it all, her hands lifting to cover her ears. "So many dead!"
When she stopped, coming to look at Erik, her hands slowly lowered while her expression turned from haunted from her past to angry. "Destroy it! They don't get to keep their trophies!" She wanted this trophy room burned if they could.

He looked at her as she took in the surroundings. The realization that war against their kind had started. Before, as she compared, it had been in the camps. Now, it was everywhere. Their kind could not live as free people for when identified as having exceptional gifts, they would become targets. Magda understood this. It was why she supported the cause, why she fought along with him: for mutant justice. He was unsure as to what he could say in this moment, for words to comfort such a painful past and present were inadequate. This kind of comfort had to be demonstrated through actions of fighting for their kind. She then told him to do something that he would not have otherwise done, yet seemed to be logical, just and right. He looked around the room, taking a few steps back so that he was outside the doors, waiting for her to join him.
When they were both outside of it, he raised his hands to the ceiling, finding whatever metal he could to cause the ceiling to collapse. Furthermore, he used the metal doors, pushing them in, crushing anything and everything that was held in the containers. When he was satisfied with the destruction of the room, he just looked at it. "They will not gain from our suffering," he said, in a strongly determined voice. That was after all, what the Brotherhood fought for. Magda was still getting used to it all, he knew that. Understood that. But she was showing more commitment and loyalty than most others. "Come," he said, gently touching her arm before placing one hand at his side, the other still with the metal spheres, and began to walk back to the elevator. He wasn't planning on leaving without at least crushing the cell he had been contained int. That, was his statement to make.

Stepping out of the room she stood there while be brought it down, and crushed everything. Even with the doors. He spoke to her, touching her lightly, and even put his arm to her aide, but as they begin to walk away it took her a few extra seconds to look away. This was their doing. Humans. Collecting parts of them like some men hunted animals! They were nothing to them! Science experiments, hunting trophies, and things!
When she pulled herself out of it, she slapped her hand on the wall, holding it for a second, before walking with Erik down the hall, her fingers trailing the wall she had not looked away from. The smell of something burning as she had the electrical wires overloading themselves filled the hall way. She would burn them down before she left.

He could smell something in the air. As if there was something burning. It was then that he noticed her hand on the wall, and knew that she herself was doing it; something to create that smell. It filled him with that pride once again. He no longer had to tell her what needed to be done; for she understood that the only way for their kind to thrive, was by ensuring that homo sapiens did not. By teaching them lessons of power and dominance; by showing them that mutants were stronger than they could ever hope to be.
Once they got inside the elevator he waited for her to control it, aware that by this time, guards would be filling the building, searching on every floor for him. But it hardly left him concerned. Actually, he wasn't even the slightest bit worried. With her by his side, and the metal spheres in his hand, they were unstoppable.

Magda got into the lift and stood by his side, watching smoke begin to curl into the hall as the lift doors shut. Turning off the water system with her mind, she then made the lift go up. The humans tried to override it, and the lift paused but then it began going up again as she pushed them out. They would not pull her down.
Once the doors opened to the top floor, Magda walked out with Erik. The lift on the other side of the hall opened, but she waved her hands and the doors shut again. Then she broke the breaks and let it fall while they walked toward the exit to the the outside. Once there she held her hand up, while sending Toad a message to come get them by making his walkie talkie beep with a code.

Magneto was quite enjoying watching her take the lead, controlling each situation with flawless results. Not only was she preventing their capture -- or well, his re-capture -- but she was also successfully eliminating the threats, permanently. He could not be more proud of her. He merely watched each failed attempt by the glory of her hand, with admiration and pride. She had truly come so far from who she once was. She had embraced her powers, and was using them for the greater good. Using them to fight for their rights by destroying their enemy. She was truly, his Magda.
Once they got to the roof it did not take long for a helicopter to descend, piloted none other than Toad. He waited for Magda to get inside first, not bothering to look behind him to see if anyone was coming. She had ensured that had not happened, and as previously established, he'd rather enjoyed watching her do so. He put his hand on Toad's shoulder for a moment as he got into the helicopter, and Toad gave him a nod before taking off the ground. Magneto looked out the window, seeing the roof grow more and more distant. He had planned to destroy the building, but she had taken care of the necessary floors. "Anything you would like to add to your statement?" He asked her, before they were gone and hopefully, this time for good.

Magda climbed into the helicopter, and sat int he seat near the door. Holding onto the side she looked down at the building; watching it as it grew more distant. Her gaze was distant, as if she was thinking of something else, or some place else. Too many memories today. Too many reminders of how it would never end. She wished for stronger powers. Fire. Water. Anything she could use to better end this.
"No," was her only reply as she sat there watching it. Once they were away, Magda turned from the sight, to sit forward and cross her legs. It had been a long few days, and while the plan was simple, it had been hard emotionally. When her eyes met Erik's she looked over him, really looking over him. "Are you well? Did they fed you alright?"

Soon enough she asked him if he was alright, if he had been fed. "I am well," he assured her. This was nothing compared to the 9 years he had spent previous to this imprisonment. A week had felt like nothing. And at the same time, an eternity. "I had not expected you to execute your plan so quickly." He had expected her to do something, through it was more of a trust in her that she would. He had just not realized it would happen so soon.
"Which was foolish on my part," he added with a bit of a smile. He could admit when he was wrong, and when the fault should rest on him. This was one such time. "I will know better, should there be a next time." Which he hoped there wouldn't be. He didn't exactly enjoy getting locked up and withheld from his true purpose. He supposed these were the risks in their line of work: freedom fights. While his fugitive status made things more difficult at times, it was not impossible to carry out what plans they created. Especially now, with Magda at his side and the Brotherhood growing strong and dedicated to their cause, everything was falling into place. This was the start of their future; a future for mutants.

"I am well," he assured her, and Magda felt the worry she had felt all week ease some. As if she could breathe for the first time in days. Good. He didn't look worse for ware. She had feared they'd beat him or test on him, or . . . so many memories of his time with that evil man with they were children. She had not been able to get the sight of him then from her mind now. It had had been hell.
"I had not expected you to execute your plan so quickly." She had refused to move slower. "I was not going to allow them them you." They had not seen her coming this soon either. That with her face not being known as yet, it had been easy to just walk in, and let Erik do the rest. "I will know better, should there be a next time." Her eyes jerked to him, and her shoulders squared. "Next time." She repeated with hate for the words. Next time.
She looked away but then back at him, "Next time we should be the ones with a prison cell, windowless and stale, and their leader in it!" If they wanted to fight, she would fight by their rules. Her and her kind had learned once the price of waiting, and hoping things would get better--of not fighting by the enemies rules. She would not make that mistake again. While she lacked Erik's mind, she could manager simple plans. "Show them we will not be coward by their bully tactics!" She hated them! With everyday her hate grew more. Her fear of them, lead her to hate. And she very afraid, and hated them very much.

He watched her carefully and listened to her intently. There was a strong answer in her voice he had not heard before. While she had joined him for the cause they fought for, there was an unfamiliar rage in her voice now. In the way she spoke about what had happened, and what may reoccur. There was a passionate anger. While he would often use this, provoke this, encourage this, he instead just watched and listened silently. He did not need to win her over nor encourage her to join him or take action. She was with him. In more ways than just simply being with The Brotherhood.
"Perhaps you should give the next speech at my recruitment session," he told her teasingly with a bit of a smirk. She felt strongly about this, which was what he wanted in any Brotherhood mutant. However, he especially wanted it with her. Because though he was not often vocal about this, he had a strong emotional connection to her. One that he did not ignore nor deny himself.

He teased her, telling her that she should give speeches. It wasn't speeches she wanted to give! "This is not a jest, Erik, they crossed a line with that trophy room! And with you!" She was angry and vengeful; and he told her to give speeches? How did he stay so calm? So controlled? She lacked his skills there, lacked the years he had at playing this game.
"They could have taken you from me. What would we have done without you?" It was impossible to imagine! She had spent too many years away from him, and in fear! Doing so again wasn't something she wanted to imagine. "We need to do something beyond give speeches or they will not take us seriously." They would only seen them as a growing threat, but not one they feared as a whole. Only feared because of what they were. "I saw your coin n that room. Your helmet. You think they do not want more of you there? On display?"

Something had triggered inside her upon seeing that room. She was starting to sound, emotional. Impulsive almost. He knew that he could not tease her out of it. That he would have to focus on calming her down. She had every right to be angry. Magneto himself grew angry each and every time humans did something to their race. But it was how they dealt with the anger, what they did it with that needed to be well thought and calculated. She spoke of what they would have done without him, and he had no answer. He would like to think that she and the others would continue what he started. Keep fighting for justice and for mutant rights. "I understand your anger, Magda and it is rightfully placed." He needed to keep her mind calm and assure her that they would not be idle. "However anything we do must be well strategized so that it can be properly executed." Not just go on a free for all to teach society a lesson. Even though that sometimes was the inevitable result, Magneto liked to plan things out more carefully than that. "Humans believe they have the right to take from us what they wish." Personal belongings, freedom, life. "And we will continue to fight against their kind. But we must do so with careful planning, for each attack against their race, must make a lasting impact." Not just an impulsive attack that would serve no purpose. He looked at her, ensuring that his voice remained calm and composed, and as assuring as he could make it. "Trust in me, Magda. As you have always done. I will not let mutants suffer for so long as I live." It was a promise he could make to her; and one he hoped would help ease her mind.
