-- • Wade Wilson • --Wade is an average looking individual. He stands tall at 6"2'. He has a very muscular build as he is well trained and this is apparent in his build. His brown hair is kept cropped short as he moves at tremendous speed and does not want anything to distract him in his line of sight.-- • Project XI [Deadpool] • --Deadpool looks massively different and far from a normal looking person. He is extremely pale, at the point of practically being ghost white. His eyes lack any humanity, and his mouth is sealed shut to prevent his rambling and irritating banter. He lacks the hair he once had on his head. He also had long, metal blades that were inserted into his arms and are able to come out at will. There are black markings all over his body which was where he was experimented on.-- • Attire • --Wade dresses in clothing that allows his body to breath, and enables him to move quickly and swiftly. He is usually clad in a sleeveless shirt, not too tight so that it does not restrict his movement. Along with this, he often wears black, combat pants, which ones again, are light enough to allow him to move rapidly. In addition to this, he is clad in combat boots. This is an outfit typical of Wade, however when required to blend in the general public, he wears something more casual to not look as ready for a fight.

Personality
.:Personality:.
-- • Pre Weapon XI • --
Wade Wilson's personality has drastically changed throughout the years of his life. If there is one thing that has always been consistent, that is his chatty self. He talks a lot, most of the time to annoy his opponent, or only just to fill the silence. Most of the time, he is not even saying anything useful; he just talks for the sake of talking. This makes gives him an ADHD-type personality. He is constantly attempting to provoke people, and continuously banters to try and frustrate people. How they react to this frustration is unique to the individual, but he would not run from a potential fight. Even the fight itself would not be enough to keep him quiet. He has a sense of humor, even if it is only funny to him, and enjoys making wise cracks, even for the sole purpose of getting on other people's nerves.
-- • Weapon XI • --
Shortly after his test run as Weapon XI, Deadpool lacked any personality. He was a drone, reacting to the commands Stryker forced on him through a computer system. He did not have any control of his actions, and he did what he was commanded to do. He has very little memory of this short period of time. His mouth was sealed shut to prevent his irritating chatter.
-- • Post Weapon XI • --
After Deadpool became a failed experiment, his personality was extremely different. Because he had the regenerative healing factor, the insanity that was associated with this ability became rampant. While he still talks quite a lot, he also has become highly unpredictable in his actions, making him very dangerous and very untrustworthy. He also hallucinates, which may result in him talking to himself and appearing crazy to a passerby. His humor has become more dark, and more sadistic than before, though he still enjoys finding humor in almost every situation.
.:Powers/Abilities:.
-- • Enhanced Reflexes, Strength, & Agility • --
Wade can move at an extremely, abnormally rapid speed. This is evident in the way he uses his weapons and demonstrates his combatant skills. Not only is he well trained, but this gives him an even greater advantage over his opponents. His reflexes are exceptionally sharp, and this allows him to react quickly to any situation or attack. His strength is exceptional as well, making him stronger than he appears, and giving him the ability to be a well suited opponent for anyone greater than his own size.
-- • Regenerative Healing • --
This power was the result of an experiment, however it was the only one that did not subside after the experiment failed. This healing factor allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue, much more quickly than an average person. This ability is not limited to tissue; he can also regenerate organs and severed limbs. Technically, because of this healing factor, Deadpool can in a way, return from the dead for since he is constantly healing, there is no sure way to kill him.
-- • Assassin & Mercenary • --
Wade is an excellent assassin and mercenary. He is very skilled in multiple forms of armed and unarmed combat. he also has excellent skills of marksmanship. He is a master martial artist and favors using bladed and other various martial arts weapons against his opponents. His enhanced reflexes, agility and strength also contributes to his hand to hand combat skills. He carries his weapons on him at all times, keeping them strapped on his back when he is not using them. He possesses:
-- • Chatter Box • --
Though it is a more subtle skill, Wade uses his continuous banter and rambling to irritate and distract his opponent. Even when he knows he is losing, that does not stop him from talking, as he knows it irritates those he is faced against. He is able to talk non stop, with the hope of distracting and disorienting his opponent, while he himself remains completely focused on the fight and his style of combat.
-- • Struggling With Insanity • --
Because he is unable to die or be permanently injured, this takes a toll on his psychological state. Every time he dies, or gets wounded, he becomes a little more insane and mentally unstable, to the point of psychopathy and seeing hallucinations. Because his body is also in a constant state of regeneration, his mind is overloaded and he has an awareness of becoming more detached to reality.
-- • Cursed With Life • --
Wade is a victim of cancer, even prior to the experimentation done on him. However, once he gained the healing factor, his cancer has been suppressed, but is not technically gone. His tumors and damaged brain cells forces his body to be in a constant state of regeneration. A side effect of the healing factor suppressing his cancer cells, was the rapid acceleration of the tumors which has now covered his entire brain and body, whenever his power is fully functional. This never ceasing state of regeneration also contributes to his insanity, as he can not cope with the cancer as well as the inability to die. If his powers are ever removed or if they gradually decline, then he would most certainly die shortly after, due to the spreading cancer consuming him.

.:Current Location of Residence:. Nomad; he is traveling around as he has no permanent residence
.:History:. Wade was born into a less than ideal family. His father was a general in the army, and his mother was terminally ill with lung cancer. Because his father was consumed with his work, Wade had to assume responsibility for his mother and help take care of her, though he was very young and clueless at the time. Wade did not have to take care of her for too long, for when he was nine years old, his mother passed away. His father, David, did not cope with this well. He left his job and resorted to alcohol as he felt it was the only thing that could provide him with comfort. Because of his unemployed status, their standard of living declined. Going through severe depression over the loss of his wife, and the stress of having no income, David began to become physically abusive towards Wade. Due to his violence, Wade spent less and less time at home, and more time out, getting into trouble and thus, becoming a teenage delinquent.
Wade was twelve when his powers began to manifest. He noticed that he was faster, stronger, and had better reflexes than most of those he surrounded himself with. Wade took great pride in this. Little did he know, that these powers classified him as a mutant, for he was completely unfamiliar with this concept. Instead, he used these skills to his advantage and whenever he was in trouble with anyone, would let his gift aid him in any way it could. Wade had joined martial arts as a way to cope with the sadness of his mother's illness, and then the depression that set in when she died, as well as the anger that he felt for his father. All of these emotions were channeled through his martial arts. But once Wade got into trouble more often, he quit martial arts and spent his time finding alternative ways to entertain himself.,
When he was seventeen, his life drastically changed once again. He was at a bar with his friends, and though he was underage at the time, he was socializing with the wrong circle of friends, and this granted him access into an otherwise restricted area. At the same bar, was his father. In a drunken state, David became full of rage, and it was not soon after that one of Wade's friends engaged in a bar fight with David. It led to a devastating outcome, and David was killed by the hand of Wade's drunken friend.
After this incident, Wade felt he needed a change of environment. He dropped out of high school and joined the United States Army Special Forces. This change of environment did not last long for he was soon after kicked out of the army for his lack of discipline and his outrageous behavior, not to mention his inability to stop talking and follow orders. He turned to mercenary work and created quite a reputation for himself in this field of work. Wade did not remain in this line of work for long; he was diagnosed with terminally ill cancer. Devastating, Wade stopped working and became more of a nomad, having no set destination. His cancer could not be treated, and he did not want to start treatment. Instead, he wandered around, detaching himself, and refusing to have ties with any body.
Amongst his aimless journey, he came across a man named William Stryker. Stryker recognize Wade as a mutant, and attempted to persuade him to join his mini army of mutants. Wade was hesitant. It was not until Stryker promised him a cure for his cancer that Wade was ready to oblige. He also enjoyed showing off his abilities and felt that the work Stryker demanded from him was a small price to pay if it meant that he would be cured of a terminal illness. Wade remained obedient to Stryker. Though he listened to his commands, he did not stop doing what he did best: mouthing off and provoking everyone.
Through their actions to achieve their goal, they came across two exceptionally powerful mutants: James and Victor. Both were recruited to their team, and while Wade did not particularly get along with them, he could not ignore their powerful gifts and their strength. Unfortunately, it did not take long for the team to break apart from their united stand. James could no longer take the crimes they were committing by killing others, and so left the group. After that, the group started to get torn apart. Each mutant left at his own pace, and Wade would have done the same, however, he did not forget the sworn word given to him by Stryker regarding curing him of his cancer. Stryker sent Victor after Wade and instead of curing him of the disease, Wade became Stryker's latest text subject.
For the time that Wade was experimented on, he remained unconscious. It was not until he was urgently needed, that he woke from his state of coma. Despite the fact that he was not a complete experiment, Stryker had no choice but to activate him for Wolverine was the next most powerful mutant, and test experiment that Stryker had created. Wade, now labeled as Experiment XI -- or Deadpool -- was a drone. He had no mind of his own, and his actions were all controlled by Stryker who was maneuvering him through a computer system in another location. Experiment XI was risen as the most powerful experiment subject, possessing multiple abilities. He now had regenerative healing [which did in fact cure his cancer to an extent], he had long metal blades in his arms, he had the ability to teleport, and he was able to shoot powerful laser blasts from his eyes. He was a combination of multiple powerful abilities.
His sole purpose at the time, was to kill Wolverine. His mouth was sealed shut so that he could not talk; only act, and that is what he did. He fought both Wolverine and Victor, but did not last. He was decapitated and fell from a great distance. Perhaps his failure was due the fact that he was not complete, and that fact affected his abilities. However, because of the healing factor, his head was able to be reattached to his torso, allowing it to heal and reattach itself to his torso. After he was activated, his abilities were functioning at an exceptionally rapid pace, and because of that, his healing ability began to heal his body. The seal on his mouth was soon removed, the hair on his head began to grow back, and the color of his skin re pigmented itself, transforming him from a walking, experiment, back to a normal looking person.
Unfortunately, nothing comes without a price. The other powers put within him declined. Since he was not technically complete when he was activated, he became a failed experiment. He no longer had blades in his arms, nor could he teleport or blast lasers from his pupils. The only power that remained was the healing factor, which suppressed his cancer, but also slowly is causing him to go mad. The more he uses it, the more insane he becomes. Since it is in constant use, he has no choice but to allow it to take over his body, though it is also contributing in the increasing number of tumors. If this power suddenly subsides, Wade will no doubt, die of cancer.
Wade now wanders the streets, with no set purpose in his life. He is not consumed with revenge against anyone, of course, that is not to say that if he happens to bump into Stryker, it will be a short conversation. He is not affiliated with any team for he is extremely unpredictable and very untrustworthy; this makes him a dangerous person to depend on. Instead, he does what is best for him, never hesitating to show off what he can do. He is also as talkative as ever, perhaps even more so since he is psychologically affected and at times, hallucinates due to his unnaturally bestowed ability.

Wade threw a couple of crumpled bills on to the table before walking out the door. He was not drunk . . . or too incapacitated to drive. He felt fine . . . well, as fine as one could feel under his unique and bizarre circumstances. He got into his car, taking a couple of moments before starting the engine. He glanced at the back seat, making sure his most sacred possessions were still lying on the seat. Yes; his swords were still there. Both of them. Excellent.
Wade slammed on the accelerator. He had no set destination, he had no obligation. He was just driving down the highway and planned to stop at the next random bar or diner he came across. He rolled down the window, feeling the cool breeze against his face. It was a nice change after the stuffy bar. "Air. Lots of air. It was too hot in there, it was way too hot." Wade would not classify himself as clinically insane, though he could not deny the way he could feel his mind being alternated. As if there was some, uncontrollable force dominating his conscious mind. He payed no attention to it most of the time. He was not alive to make friends.
