Alias: The Hunter Occupation: Bounty Hunter Abilities: Mutant Detection & Telekinesis
| Mutants were easier to track than humans. But Chayse always enjoyed a good challenge. With his powers, he could easily hunt down mutants... with humans, he had to resort to old school methods. Which was cool. It still got him to where he needed to be. And in this particular case, his trail led him to a scientist. He'd been hired by a mutant who had taken over some facility of sorts. Chayse didn't really care about the details. He only needed the information that would help track the guy. And after hearing all he needed to, he was on his way. Half the money now, half when he brought the guy. And he was instructed to bring the guy alive. Another challenge. One that Chayse always accepted. He didn't get a thrill from the kill... the thrill was from the chase. The hunt. And when it was over, he'd find another client in need of his hunting skills.
He had managed to catch the idiot, uncaring that he had already got one hell of a beating. It was pretty standard. Chayse didn't have to worry about any powers being used in defense, so he drugged him with heavy sedatives, stuck him in a bag, with a couple holes so the dude could breath, and threw him in the back of his truck. Then, came the drive to the facility. Chayse was surprised this all hadn't made the news yet. Then again, it was in the middle of no where, so made sense. So long as he got paid before it all went to hell. What did he care who won or lost. He only worked for the guy with the bills, and it wasn't the sob who was in a drugged state.
Once he got there, he parked a little away, turning his lights and car off. He went to the back of his truck, and through the guy over his shoulder. Sure it looked like he was carrying a corpse in a body bag... but really, the guy was alive and, not so well. He had a feeling the mutant who hired him was gonna have a good time with this guy. Chayse didn't have to be told to know that much at least. He made his way to the gates, and in the distance, saw some random woman unlock the gates. Hmm. Interesting. She was a mutant. But with the growing range of her proximity, he wasn't able to fully pinpoint her powers. Something about reality... perception... altering it. The more pressing question was: what the hell was she doing here.
Chayse made his way through the now conveniently opened gates, with the body still thrown over his shoulder. Now, he wasn't stalking her or anything. It just so happened that they had a shared path. Both trying to make their way inside the facility. So they were eventually gonna catch up to each other. And it wasn't as if they were that far off. Seeing her from behind, he didn't change his pace or demeanor. He just kept walking. "Lost?" He asked in a condescending and mocking manner. "Don't be following me inside. Find your own way in," he added as he walked passed her, purposely giving a slight push while he did so. He was a lot bigger than her and could easily crush her if he wanted to. But that wouldn't benefit him in any way. So why bother.

Wanda should have learned by now to expect the unexpected, but yet things still seemed to shock her. Such as, for instance, a rather hulking man carrying a body bag as if it were a sack of potatoes. He had been walking behind her, and spoke as though he didn't care what she was doing. Obviously, she stood on her guard, preparing herself for a fight, but instead, she got snark. Lost? Psh. She never got lost. When he told her to find her own way in, it only puzzled her further. For whatever reason, he was able to go in through the front door. This intrigued her more than anything else.
She lifted her hand and made a motion, blurring the building slightly, and switching doors and windows around. The doors were now at the very top of the asylum, and the windows were luckily already covered with bars. There were a couple of doors on each side on the bottom though, but they were formed within the corners, and obviously impossible to open. "Aw..what's wrong? Lost?" she asked with a mock pout. "I could probably help you out if you tell me who you've go in that bag and what you're doing here." Was this one of the genetically altered mutants who turned the facility upside down? Because of this was the calibur of mutant she'd be dealing with, she was going to be a little more timid about it.
"Or else you could start climbing now.. you might make it inside by tomorrow if you get a head start."

| Chayse was about to reach for the door... when it suddenly wasn't here any more. He paused for a moment, looking at how everything got switched around. Distorted. Figures. The power of illusion. Of course. How cute. He turned his head and glared at her. He was over playing games. It was a waste of time. And right now, she was standing between him and the remainder of the cash his client owed him. Not only that, but she sounded like she was mocking him. "And who the hell are you?" He questioned.
"I don't owe you no answers," he stated bluntly. Even though he had nothing to hide about this job... he still didn't know what her motives were for being here. "You may have nothin' better to do with your time, but some of us got places to be." And he was one of them. The more time wasted here, the less time he was finishing up this contract. "Now why don't you quit messing around and fix the doors. Before I stop being nice about it." Because, yes. This was him being nice. "And trust me, Red. You don't wanna see that." Because even if he didn't use his own powers... he would crush her. And he wouldn't hesitate for a second doing so.

Oh, well, this one seemed to be grumpy. She had ways of dealing with those sorts of people, but honestly? He was just minding his own business. She was the one who was being obnoxious here..but the reason was because she needed to know exactly what he knew. "Who am I? Hm.. I don't think you're in the position to ask questions, but I guess I can tell you. I'm here to retrieve all of the scientists in here. I'm a freedom fighter. And you.. well, which side are you on?" She quirked a brow. "So, yes, I probably do have a better place to be, but I made a promise to rescue these men from the monstrosities they've created out of their own ignorance and stupidity." She quirked a brow.
"You're not on a side, are you?" She asked, answering her own question. "You don't seem quite insane enough to be one of the mutated mutants, and you certainly don't look like a doctor. I suspect you're working for someone. If that's the case, then i'll pay you double if you help me."

| He wasn't in a position to ask questions?! Well, well, she was certainly a confident little thing. Especially if she planned to get all the scientists out of here. He didn't know the details of what was happening, and he couldn't care less. Her idea of being a freedom fighter made him scoff and give a small chuckle. "So you came here all by your lonesome to break a bunch of people out of a building?" His voice was condescending. "Pretty stupid," he said bluntly, not worried about sounding rude because... he never worried about sounding rude. It was who he was.
She used logic to figure out who he was... not one of the scientists, not one of the crazies. "You can't even afford to pay me once," he assumed. "And hopefully you got enough brains to have gotten the cash before you came here. Cause somethin' tells me your guy ain't gonna be in any position to pay you when, or if, you get the job done." If she was here to break the scientists out, then there was only one guy who would have hired her for that. The very guy who was in the body bag right now. "So put the doors back where they go. And then run along home. You ain't gonna win here." It seemed that they both had conflicting missions... but either way, he was going to make sure he got paid. He was all about the money and if he believed she could afford to pay him, well then, he would have taken her up on it. But he had to be logical here... and he had no idea who the hell she was.

Obstacles weren't new to Wanda, and this man was absolutely no different. What was he going to do? Scale the building with the body that was in the bag and mosey through one of the doors that she placed up there? Because there was no way that she was going to let him go until she was finished with her questioning. She noticed, quite quickly, that he had a temper. "You don't think I can pay you," She mused with a small grin. "Pity. You would have enjoyed your bank account growing."
He seemed to be intent on the fact that she should have gotten paid first. Who exactly was that in the body bag? She lifted her chin slightly, and swallowed hard. "I didn't. Money, I have.. I'm more of a free agent. I only collect money when those I help are insistant.. and I never take a donation until the job is complete. Something tells me though, that you are here to make my job a little tougher." Her eyes narrowed slightly.
"Very well, I'm always up for a little friendly competition. You should probably be warned though, that you should have taken me up on my offer." With a wave of her hand, one of the doors appeared on the lower part of the building, and the lock was unsnapped. She hurried forward, slipped through the door, and peered out of it. "Don't follow me," She mused. "Find your own way in." With that, she closed the door behind her, and locked it from the inside. He'd likely find a way to break through it.. but she wanted him to. She wasn't going to make this easy for him. Especially since she had an idea of who was in that bag.
