Mystique was like putty in Magneto's hands at this point and they both knew it. There was something about his voice when it reached the low and sensual decibels that made her absolutely swoon. However, she managed to keep herself composed enough to move off of his desk and walk toward the door so that she could follow him to his room. He seemed to be rather curious of what she had planned to do with her legs, but instead of giving him any sort of hint, she simply grinned. "I'm sure your imagination can come up with something to hold you over." The statement was followed by a playful wink.
Once they were out of the room, she watched him weld his door shut. Luckily for him, no one would be able to enter his office without him knowing about it. He was likely to do the same with his bedroom. As she followed him to their destination, she noticed a couple of mutants who had apparently heard their... reunion, and one of them, a woman whom she'd recognized from the past as Angel, looked a little bitter. Instead of causing some sort of jealousy to rear up in Mystique, she simply grinned at the girl, and kept her chin up as she slipped through the door that Erik pointed out to be his chambers.
Sure, it may have been cocky and a little rude.. but she knew that Erik would never have feelings for someone in the Brotherhood like he had for her.. and it was he same the other way around, as well.

As they made their way to his chambers, they crossed paths with a couple other mutants. Magneto gave them a slight nod of acknowledgment as they passed each other, addressing them as nothing more or less than fellow Brotherhood mutants. All other underlying expressions and meanings of such expressions, were ignored by him. He was not one to frivolously engage in such complications. He often knew what he wanted and knew what to place importance on. The Brotherhood and its cause had always been his priority . . . yet even still, Mystique often proved to be quite the exception. As they arrived at his chambers, he waved his hand to open the door and allowed her to step inside before following and closing the door behind him. His chambers weren't exactly a place of Brotherhood business. He did not leave the door open for anyone to simply wander inside or seek him out. That was what his office had been for.
Yet it seemed that he had allowed himself to mix business with pleasure . . . and he certainly had no complaints about that. Even now, it did not feel odd or unfamiliar to have her in his chambers. It felt, oddly casual. A sense of domesticity that had not existed between him nor any other mutant. One that he did not even care to question or reject but rather, he embraced it, for as he had previously established, Mystique was the exception to many things. "Would you care for something to drink?" He offered. He knew she was not one to drink alcoholic beverages, though he also knew that she was a very different woman than the one she had been when he'd offered her a drink that night at Charles' mansion; the night they had first been together. So still, the offer was there, not limited to his own choice of beverage.
